Where do you deliver?

We ship Australia wide. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point in time.

How much is delivery?

Postage is $14.95 for all gift boxes. Express Postage will incur a $19.95 surcharge.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, we are happy to arrange delivery to any PO Box in Australia.

Can you deliver to a business?

Certainly can. Our courier can deliver to businesses Monday - Friday, during business hours.

When will my order be delivered?

Gifting Hero will prepare your gift box upon receiving the completed order and will dispatch same day if ordered before 12:00pm AEST, otherwise next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number for your peace of mind.

Although we dispatch your order in record time, on occasion our couriers do experience unforeseen delays.

All deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday. We are unable to deliver on Public Holidays.

I'm concerned about the gift box being damaged in transit...

Each product is packed snuggly within the wood wool to eliminate movement during transit. Every gift box is then packed in its own transit box to ensure your gift box arrives as intended, beautifully presented and undamaged.

What if no-one is there to accept delivery?

We suggest you leave clear delivery instructions, such as "Leave by the front door" or "Leave in the garage to the left of the house".

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order for you and issue a refund.

Please note postage is non-refundable.
